Every reply carries opt-out language (reply STOP, or ARRET). Implied consent runs six months from the original inbound call. The database is hosted in Canada, in Supabase's ca-central-1 region, and retention and deletion-on-request are handled. To be precise rather than flattering: telephony, payments and email run on Twilio, Stripe and Postmark, which are US providers, and that is set out in the privacy policy.
